He is not in big league camp (as a non-roster invitee). He is in minor league camp, where info/stats are hard to come by. He is in the 2013 SF Giants media guide as part of their minor league camp.

He was transferred off the Fresno roster at the end of last season, which might explain why some sites might still list him with the AZL Giants.

Trying to find info on his spring training. See him in some reports as a non-roster invitee to the Giants spring training and other reports that have him as a free agent but with the AZL Giants in the rookie league. So what’s the story?

Yes, the Grizzlies and all of the affiliates were represented in the parade with an “Affiliates Float.” Parker was there, doing what he does best and entertained fans (this time in San Francisco). The San Jose Giants did have their own float, though. The affiliates float was after the SJ Giants float.

Were the Fresno Grizzlies represented by a float in today’s World Series parade in SF, as the San Jose Giants were? The SJ Giants got a lot of credit on the broadcast for grooming so many of the current Giants. I hope Fresno didn’t miss out in being a part of the festivities.

Paul – You are correct. We left off Huff. Sorry about that. He certainly played a big role in 2010, so we should not have forgot him.

Farm Grown is meant primarily to reflect players who have gone up through the Giants system. It also stands, though, to represent players who have played for both the Grizzlies and Giants, whether on rehab or as a free agent signing.
